IronGrade Surface Solutions was built on hard work, discipline, and pride in doing things the right way. Founded by U.S. Marine Corps veteran Joseph Pica, the company was created with a simple goal in mind: provide honest, high-quality gravel driveway restoration and installation services while treating every customer and property with respect.
Today, IronGrade primarily focuses on gravel driveway restorations, new gravel driveway installations, grading, and drainage correction throughout Michigan. From rural hunting properties and long private roads to residential homes and cabin driveways Up North, the focus is always the same: build surfaces that not only look better, but function better and hold up over time.
As a husband and father, family is the driving force behind everything this business represents. IronGrade was built from the ground up through long hours, sacrifice, and a commitment to creating something meaningful for the future. The same values learned through military service, including accountability, communication, work ethic, and attention to detail continue to shape how every project is handled today.
