411 Limestone

411 limestone is very similar to 21AA limestone but typically contains slightly more fines and smaller aggregate throughout the blend.  This allows it to compact very tightly and create a smoother finished appearance.

411 is often used for:

• finish layers
• parking areas
• smoother surface applications
• topping existing gravel

Advantages:

• smoother appearance
• excellent compaction
• comfortable driving surface
• locks together tightly

Potential drawbacks:

• may hold moisture more in certain conditions
• not ideal for every drainage situation
